Please let me take a minute of your time to give you some idea of how my years of developer sales can help you sell your remaining units.  My passion is working with developers, I truly enjoy managing the whole process from the beginning stages of creating sales materials to turnover of the association, from preparing the individual units to marketing the entire project, from meeting the customer for the first time to their issues after closing.  Over the last nine years I have gained a wealth of knowledge geared specifically for sales and marketing of developer owned condominiums.

There is no other Realtor in Brevard County with my experience and knowledge of all aspects of condominium developer sales and marketing.  I have an endless list of tasks that make up my “formula” for making any development a success.  I have the know-how to take any residence and emphasize the positives and overcome the negatives, and every property has both.  Also, I know the “tricks of the trade” to force the customer to ask the right questions to get any salesperson to provide the information required to create the setting necessary to close the sale.  

To have closings at a more desired rate, I would need you to trust my experience to produce a successful outcome.  If we can come to an agreement we would have to get the momentum of the development moving again.  I will do this by, among other things, review your list prices to be competitive, re-evaluate how your marketing dollars are being spent and possibly make some on-site changes.
